The company OMEGA ALPHA ENGINEERING was founded in 1980 as a Limited Partnership, in Barranquilla, Colombia. Later in 1990, the company was transformed into a Corporation through No. 1840 in Notary 6th of Barranquilla. In 2002, Omega Alpha Engineering opened its subsidiary in Miami Florida, Omega Alpha Engineering USA Corp. Later its name was changed to Omega Grid Development Corp.
Currently, OMEGA GRID DEVELOPMENT CORP works from MIAMI FLORIDA, USA, with the support of an educated work force and a high quality technical infrastructure to develop complex engineering projects.
